Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese healing practice, used with a stone by rubbing it against the skin. It's known for its healing benefits in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). The Jade stone is precious, its one of the original stones used historically for Gua Sha and is known for its grounding healing properties.

 

Recommendations:

  • Put a towel underneath you when using the stone. This will provide cushion to help avoid breaking your stone, if it were to slip out of your hand.
  • For best results, pair with our Basil hair drip and receive a bundle discounted price. 
  • Never use on agitated or broken skin like breakouts or rashes.
