Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our Raleigh, North Carolina location (4209-108 Lassiter Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27609). Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more.

International Shipping

We're happy to ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by destination.

Canada

• Standard International: $30.00 flat rate - 2–3 business days

United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, and All Other International Destinations (over 60 countries/regions served)

• Shipped via DHL Express Worldwide

• Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight

• Duties & taxes: For eligible destinations, duties and import taxes can be prepaid at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Where prepaid duties are not available, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
